Installation instructions – TomTom devices

For devices connected to Windows XP/Vista PC systems

• Download the JDW TomTom POI file.zip and save it to a location on your computer. This download contains 2 files: J_D_Wetherspoon.ov2 and J_D_Wetherspoon.bmp
• Attach your TomTom unit/TomTom Memory Card to your PC (consult your TomTom documentation for instructions on how to do this) and open up My Computer (located in the Windows Start Menu).
• Navigate to the Great Britain Map directory and copy the J_D_Wetherspoon.ov2 and J_D_Wetherspoon.bmp files to this directory.
• Now, using your TomTom, go to Change Preferences --> Manage POI and tick J D Wetherspoon.
• Then, to to navigate to your nearest JDW: On your TomTom, select: Navigate to... --> Point of Interest --> J D Wetherspoon.
• Select one of the pubs on the list (the closest one to your current location appears first) and away you go!
