This Wetherspoon pub was previously the Imperial Hotel, from 1923 until 1994. The Imperial had been converted from Elmfield House, built in 1810 for the County Surveyor James Green. The Orangery was added by Dr William Buller Henderson, who purchased the property in 1897.
The Imperial, Exeter is pleased to present- The Garden Cinema Club
Join us over the Bank Holiday weekend for some classic movies shown in our Garden Cinema. There will be a festival marquee with a Cider and Ale festival. The films will start just after sunset. (approx 8.30pm)! Looking forward to seeing you there!
