The Herbert Wells, in Woking, has been awarded for the quality of its real ale, for the third time in four years, by members of its local Campaign for Real Ale branch.

Surrey Hampshire Borders CAMRA branch has voted The Herbert Wells as ‘Surrey pub of the year’ for 2011, retaining the title from last year.

Branch chairperson Hannah Pettifer is pictured presenting a certificate to pub manager Gary Hollis, at the pub in Chertsey Road.
