Staff and customers at The Jack Phillips, in Godalming, helped to raise £680 for CLIC Sargent, through donations and sponsorship, in a charity bike ride.

Pub manager Karen Blainey, pictured front, and kitchen staff members Derek Moon and Stuart Whiteman completed a 73.4-mile cycle challenge.

The trio cycled from The Jack Phillips to the two Wetherspoon pubs in Basingstoke, onto The Prince Arthur at Fleet, The Tilly Shilling in Farnborough and The Rodboro Buildings in Guildford, before being cheered back to the pub, 12 hours later, by customers and staff.
