An annual charity bike ride at The New Fairlop Oak saw cyclists of all ages take to two wheels in aid of two great causes.
Pub manager Karen Catchpole, pictured centre, led 25 fundraisers on an eight-mile route around Fairlop Waters, in Barkingside, before a well-earned buffet and drinks back at the pub.
The sixth annual event, this year, raised £3,300, to be split between CLIC Sargent and the London Air Ambulance.
