The sales of a specially produced ale have amassed £300 for charity CLIC Sargent.
Cumbria-based Hawkshead Brewery produced a beer named Rhodes to Kilimanjaro, to help pub manager Kirstin Downham (left) and shift manager Leanne Pattison (right) in their fundraising efforts.
The pair, who work at The Milson Rhodes, in Didsbury, is set to climb Mount Kilimanjaro for CLIC Sargent.
Anne Jones (centre), sales manager at Hawkshead Brewery, said: “For every pint of the beer sold, Hawkshead was delighted to donate five pence to Kirstin and Leanne’s total.”
