Paul, who is a regular at The Ralph Fitz Randal, in Richmond, North Yorkshire, run by Nigel and his wife Lizzie, took part in the Sherwoods Vauxhall Darlington 10k Road Race in County Durham, completing the course in 57 minutes, 54 seconds and raising £175 for CLIC Sargent.
