Niall Mendes Da Costa, pub manager at The Green Man, in central London, has completed his ‘Ironride 2011’ challenge.
Niall and a friend cycled 1,000 miles (from John O’Groats to Land’s End) in 10 days, raising £1,185 for charity.
Niall said: “Having already run two Marathons for CLIC Sargent, I needed a new challenge.”
“A huge thankyou to everyone for their support of this wonderful cause and for their investment in our considerable pain!”
