Wetherspoon employee Jon Craddock has been losing stones, but gaining pounds – for CLIC Sargent.
Jon, who is the kitchen manager at The Bell Hanger, in Chepstow, south Wales, has lost more than six and a half stone in weight, over recent months, enabling him to run his first 10k race – the Forest of Dean 10k run.
