The Yarborough Hotel, in Grimsby, marked its 15th birthday with a two-week-long celebration.
The pub kicked off the festivities with birthday cake and a buffet, followed by a Wild West steak night, a curry-eating contest, a charity fund-raising day for CLIC Sargent, raising £800, and a jubilee weekend celebration of all things British.
The Yarborough Hotel also ran a 14-day ale festival, with a selection of 80 beers available throughout the fortnight, including those from local breweries Kelham Island, Springhead and Tom Wood’s.
Richard Gratsa, pub manager at The Yarborough Hotel, said: “This year is a very important one for our pub, as we celebrate its 15th birthday and also the building’s 161st anniversary.”
