The Imperial’s 15th birthday coincided with the regional launch of the Devon real-ale festival, which added to the celebrations at the Exeter pub.
Customers enjoyed an oompah band in one of the two marquees erected especially for the festival, as well as a meet-the-brewer evening, with representatives from Ipplepen-based Hunter’s Brewery.
