Warm reception for mild festival

Customers at four pubs in Croydon enjoyed a 10-day beer festival, with a selection of mild ales on offer from a variety of breweries.
The George, The Milan Bar, The Ship of Fools and The Skylark all took part in the event, launched at The George, with a meet-the-brewer evening.
Among the beers on offer were Highland’s Dark Munro, Dark Star’s Over the Moon, Hammer Mild from Surrey Hills, Victorian Ruby Mild by Crouch Vale and St Austell’s 2Black Prince.
