The pubs will serve Honeydipper Ale, brewed by Don Burgess at Gloucestershire-based brewery Freeminer.
The beer, a full-flavoured, golden-coloured ale, features honey from Fairtrade producers in Chile.
Wetherspoon’s chief executive, John Hutson, said: “We are delighted to be supporting Fairtrade Fortnight by offering a Fairtrade beer in a large number of our pubs.
“We chose Freeminer because it is a committed Fairtrade producer and because of its excellent reputation for brewing consistently high-quality beers.”
