Three-day event thanks loyal customers

Pub manager Steve Strange is pictured with customers at a party at Waterend Barn, in St Albans.
The pub hosted a range of activitites over a three-day period, culminating in the party.
These included a parent-and-child coffee morning, as well as the opportunity for customers to enjoy a free meal.
At the party, customers were able to enjoy tastings of several spirits and cocktails.
In addition, the pub’s wine suppliers were on hand to offer customers samples of a range of wines and chat to them about various wines.
There was also a charity raffle, in aid of CLIC Sargent, with prizes kindly donated by some of the Hertfordshire town’s businesses and retailers.
