A Georgian-style building in Cheadle, Staffordshire, has been restored, following a £1.6 million development project.
The Wheatsheaf, a former pub and hotel, has retained its original name.
It is managed by Steve Boddie, pictured left with (l to r) Mayors consort Ron Locker, chairman of Staffordshire Moorlands District Council Stephen Ellis, former Mayor Cllr Julie Bull and Mayor of Cheadle Cllr Margaret Locker.
The Wheatsheaf, which closed in 2006, occupies a prominent position in the centre of High Street. The building dates from the late 18th century and was first recorded in a trade directory of 1784.
