Wetherspoon has opened The Mardi Gras in the French Quarter of The Trafford Centre’s shopping centres bar and restaurant gallery, in Manchester.
It is managed by John Edwards (pictured).
The pub features images of New Orleans artists as well as jazz bands native to Manchester, together with New Orleans Mardi Gras memorabilia.
