Pub manager Andrew McLennan is pictured with Lynne Cockburn and Karen Davidson (left to right) at the opening of The Guildhall & Linen Exchange.
The two women previously worked at a pub which stood on the site.
One of Dunfermline’s best-known landmarks, the imposing classical-style building had its foundation stone laid in 1807 – and was originally designed as a guildhall and linen exchange.
Photographs, local history and information about the history and characters of the town are displayed in the pub, together with paintings by local artist Mary Ramage.
