The Scunthorpe pub donated £500 for the town’s battle of the bands competition, pitting the best bands from across Lincolnshire against one another in a knock-out format, over several months.
The competition, which has been running annually since 1981, was won by Scunthorpe-based band The Revolvers (pictured).
Members of The Revolvers were presented with £600 prize money and a day’s recording session.
Among the judging panel was The Blue Bell Inn’s manager Paul Ferguson (left).
He said: “It was a privilege to be on the judging panel and listen to some fantastic bands.
“The Scunthorpe Rock Open is an established and respected music competition – so I am proud that The Blue Bell Inn was one of the official sponsors.”
