Supporting local athletes for 2012

The Arthur Robertson, in Perry Barr, lived up to its name by supporting a community fun-run, in conjunction with the One Stop Shopping Centre and nearby Birchfield Harriers Athletics Club.
The pub, located in the shopping centre and just half a mile from the Alexander Stadium, is named after Birchfield Harriers’ very first Olympian and 1908 London Games medal-winner – Arthur Robertson.
The Arthur Robertson partly sponsored the first annual One Stop 5k run, with banners and a water station for the participants.
