Walsall’s mayor, Cllr Garry Perry, cuts the ribbon to mark the opening of St Matthew’s Hall, in Walsall, with pub manager Ricky Suman and area manager James Lagneau (right to left).
The striking grade II listed building, which dates from 1830, was purpose built as the town’s first permanent library.
