The pub, in Swan Street, will run the events at weekly intervals, starting on Monday 3 August.
Bollington Brewing Co, from Bollington (near Macclesfield), will be the first to showcase its ales during Monday–Sunday, 3–9 August (inclusive).
The other breweries are: Titanic Brewery, Stoke (17–23 August); Beartown Brewery, Congleton (31 August–6 September); Stationhouse Brewery, Frodsham (14–20 September); Cains Brewery, Liverpool (28 September–4 October); Borough Arms Brewery, Crewe (12–18 October)
Stationhouse Brewery will be hosting a meet-the-brewer event, with beer-tasting and a talk about the brewing process, during its week (14–20 September).
Customers will have the opportunity to ‘rate the ale’, giving feedback to the various breweries about their favourite/least favourite beers.
The pub is also organising a brewery trip to visit Cains Brewery, Liverpool, on Monday 21 September, just before its own showcase week.
The pub’s duty manager and festival organiser, Nathan Henderson, said: “This series of festivals will give customers the opportunity to sample some beers not usually available at The Bollin Fee.
“It also gives us the opportunity to showcase local breweries and microbrewers; in doing so, we are supporting the local economy and promoting local produce.”
