The monthly meet-the-brewer nights at a Coventry pub have proven so popular that shift manager Shaun Banks is spreading the ‘real-ale word’ across the city.
Shaun, who organises the regular Monday event at The Flying Standard, hosted different breweries at the three other Coventry pubs, over three consecutive weeks.
Customers at The Earl of Mercia enjoyed a selection of ales from Burton-based Black Hole Brewery. Sadler’s Brewery of Stourbridge showcased at The Spon Gate, while Cubbington-based Warwickshire Beer Company was at The City Arms.
Regular customer Mike Hooper is pictured with Shaun from Stoke-based Titanic Brewery at The Flying Standard’s event.
