Pubs win gold and silver

Two pubs in Sunderland have been recognised in the city’s second annual Best Bar None awards.
The William Jameson and The Lambton Worm won gold and silver, respectively, in the ‘best pubs’ category, 2010.
The Lambton Worm was also named as winner of the Sunderland Echo’s ‘best night out’ award, sponsored by the daily newspaper, while The William Jameson picked up the Sun FM Award for Best Family Atmosphere , backed by the local radio station.
