Three Wetherspoon pubs in Scotland are celebrating recognition in the Best Bar None 2013 awards.

In Livingston, pub manager Gordon Mitchell, who runs The NewYearField, is pictured with his pub’s silver award, while shift leader Jaclyn Ward shows off The Almond Bank’s gold accolade, gained at the West Lothian awards.

Meanwhile, in Leith, on the outskirts of Edinburgh, Mark Brown and his team at The Foot of the Walk celebrate gold in the 2013 awards there.Phil Buckley, Wetherspoon’s area manager for Edinburgh and Cumbernauld, said: “Congratulations to the teams at all three pubs on gaining their accreditations. “The recognition from Best Bar None, in West Lothian and Leith, is testament to the high standards achieved and maintained by the outlets.”
