Liverpool shows its talent

Danielle McGee (pictured), a regular at The Lime Kiln, was the worthy winner of the pub’s Big Talent Night.
Danielle scooped the £500 first prize, ahead of the seven other finalists, in the twice-yearly karaoke competition at the Liverpool outlet. Ceris Davis finished second, with Martin Ward in third place.
Heats for the contest ran for 10 weeks, with two semifinals, before the final was judged by The Lime Kiln’s manager Ian Cross, deputy manager Colin Gallacher and DJ Ian Gilbert.
