Article date: 28 Nov 2010
The Tuesday Bell, in Lisburn, has received recognition, by a local real-ale group, for the standard of its beer.
The Society for the Preservation of Beers from the Wood (SPBW), Northern Ireland, voted the pub as ‘pub of the year’, for 2009/10.
The pub’s manager, Phil Annett, is pictured receiving a certificate from SPBW’s chairman Mark Hutchinson, an award for ‘the wide variety of choice and constant flow of a ver y good standard of real ale’.
