Howzat for a celebration?

The Olympic torch relay was celebrated at The Trent Bridge Inn, with entertainment for all the family.
The pub in West Bridgford, adjacent to the Trent Bridge cricket ground, closed its car park for the event and teamed up with the local council to welcome the Olympic flame to Nottingham.
Mascots from Nottingham County Cricket Club, Nottingham Forest Football Club and Notts County Football Club were at the celebration, together with stilt-walkers and face-painters.
Daniel Chadaway, pub manager at The Trent Bridge Inn, said: “The torch passed right in front of the pub – and it was an exciting day for the local community.”
