A fund-raising ‘pirate’ weekend at The Full House raised £1,002.19 for the Iain Rennie Hospice.

The staff and customers at the pub in Hemel Hempstead dressed as pirates. There were raffles, tombolas, poker games, a rum-tasting session and scavenger hunt. The youngsters also enjoyed face-painting, competitions and games.

Jo Neale, events fund-raiser, Iain Rennie Grove House (IRGH) Hospice Care, said: “The weekend was a great success and a fantastic fund-raising achievement. Thank you to everyone for their kind support.”
