Thirteen pubs across three counties staged a week-long beer festival, showcasing ales from London’s Fuller’s Brewery.

Customers at Wetherspoon pubs in Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire and Hertfordshire had the choice of five of Fuller’s beers during the seven-day festival.

The ales on offer were Champion Ale ESB (5.5% ABV), session-strength ale Chiswick Bitter (3.5% ABV), light amber Seafarers Ale (3.6% ABV), Premium Bitter HSB (4.8% ABV) and London Pride (4.1% ABV) – which was being launched as a regular ale in the region.

Steve Lawson (left) and John Heekin, customers at The Full House (Hemel Hempstead), are pictured sampling some of the ales, with pub manager Anna Ward and Fuller’s representative George Prideaux (behind the bar).
