Five-star celebrations

The Ward Jackson has been recognised for its high standards of hygiene in the ‘Scores on the Doors’ initiative.
The Hartlepool pub has achieved the highest possible rating of five stars, awarded by the Tees Valley Food Hygiene Award Scheme and Hartlepool Borough Council.
Hartlepool’s other Wetherspoon pub, The King Johns Tavern, has already received the five-star rating.
