Two pubs on Merseyside teamed up to stage an 11-day beer festival, showcasing ales from four local breweries.
Pub managers Mark Lythgoe, at The Merton Inn, and Frances Baines, from The Wild Rose (both pictured), served a selection of 14 real ales throughout the Bootle Beer Festival at their pubs.
Among the beers on offer were Three Graces (4.2% ABV), from Liverpool One Brewery; Red Rocks (5.0% ABV), from Peerless Brewing Company; Cains Brewery’s Raisin Beer (5.0% ABV); Post Horn Premium Ale (5.0% ABV), brewed by Coach House Brewing Company.
