Disco donations
Article date: 12 Oct 2011
Staff and customers at The Edward Rutland wore their old school uniforms and hosted a ‘school disco’ student night for a local charity.
The event, at the pub in Stourbridge, West Midlands, raised £500, as a result of a cash collection, cake sale and raffle.
The money has been donated to Acorns Children’s Hospice Trust, which offers a network of care for life-limited and life-threatened children and young people, plus their families.
