The Milson Rhodes has won acclaim from its local Campaign for Real Ale branch, just four months after opening.
The Didsbury pub was awarded as ‘pub of the month’, for July, by members of the Stockport and South Manchester CAMRA branch.
The branch newsletter ‘Opening Times’ said: “For the new kid on the block, The Milson Rhodes has covered the ground fast.
“Manager Kirstin Downham has trained her own management team to ensure that quality is always high. At The Milson Rhodes, attention to detail is important.
“Kirstin’s plans for the near future include running a mini Manchester beer festival, featuring microbreweries across Greater Manchester. As if this were not enough, she is also in negotiations with a northwest brewery to brew a beer to her own recipe.”
