The Assembly Rooms, in Solihull, won two awards in the town’s pubwatch awards.
The Lloyds No.1 bar came out on top, in the ‘best bar’ and ‘best late-night venue’ categories.
The awards are aimed at promoting safe venues for customers in the Midlands town.
It was the first time that The Assembly Rooms was able to enter the awards, having opened only in February 2008.
The pub’s manager, James Sullivan (pictured front with colleagues), said: “We are delighted with the accolades. It is a great achievement by all of the staff who work here.
“The Assembly Rooms is a very popular and busy bar, with the two awards highlighting the fact that it is run to the highest standards at all times.
“There are a lot of bars in Solihull, so it is very rewarding that the judging panel decided that The Assembly Rooms was the best in two categories.”
