Cider festival success

Wetherspoon’s cider festival proved a great success – with customers enjoying an outstanding selection of traditional ciders, fruit ciders and perries (pear ciders).
Each of the pubs served up to 16 draught and bottled ciders during the 19-day festival, from cider-makers in England and Wales.
Among those on offer were Mr Whitehead’s Plum Cider, Thatchers Cheddar Valley, Sheppy’s Farmhouse Draught, Westons Cider Twist Blackcurrant, Gwynt y Ddraig Welsh Gold Perry and Sandford Orchards Devon Scrumpy.
