All 19 Wetherspoon pubs across Devon staged a 10-day Devon real-ale festival.
As well as a choice of up to 17 ales from breweries across the region, the pubs also served two ciders –Apple Vice from Ventons Cider and Cider Ginger from Sanford Orchard, which was exclusive to the pubs.
The Imperial, in Exeter, marked the opening of its festival by offering all 17 ales and two ciders and also staged a meet-thebrewer session with representatives from Dartmoor Brewery.
The beers on offer included Haymaker (Country Life Brewery), which was named by a customer at The Imperial, Three Hares (Dartmoor Brewery) and Citra 3.8 Per Cent (Gargoyles Brewery), which was chosen by CAMRA members.
