£20,000 target

Eight Wetherspoon pubs across Scotland and England provided free meals for The Twycle Britain team members, during their 1,000-mile, seven-day challenge from John O’Groats to Land’s End.
The team, pictured at The Miles Thompson, in Kendal, was led by 13-year-old Callum Fairhurst, from Cambridge. Callum organised the event through Twitter. Sadly, his brother, Liam, died from cancer in June 2009, aged just 14, having raised an incredible £320,000 for CLIC Sargent.
The team hoped to raise £20,000.
