About this Hotel
Originally part of the Golden Acorn Hotel, this Wetherspoon hotel is conveniently located in the town centre. We have 26 individual bedrooms. All of our rooms are ensuite and include tea and coffee making facilities, a hair dryer and TV. FREE Wi-Fi is available in the bar area.

Directions
Approaching Glenrothes on the A92 from Edinburgh: Turn left off the A92 at the Preston roundabout (signposted town centre). At the Queensway roundabout, turn left. Car Parking
On-site parking is available (you will need to collect a permit from reception). Alternatively, pay-and-display parking is available in several nearby car parks. Your nearest car park is on North Street, opposite our hotel.
Local Transport
The bus station is a 1 minute walk from the hotel. Thornton railway station is a five-minute taxi ride.
Local Attractions
The Fife region has much to welcome visitors. Golfers delight in the array of courses available. One of the most famous of them all; St Andrews is just a 20 mile drive away.
For non-golfers, the beautiful scenery of the Fife area is one of its main attractions, as are some of Scotland's best-kept beaches, the delightful East Neuk fishing villages and the historic capital of Dunfermline; it is all in the Kingdom of Fife.
