Food facts

The cod and haddock which we use in our fish and chips are from recognised SUSTAINABLE fisheries.

We only use DOLPHIN-FRIENDLY tuna.

The Fetzer vineyards in California are the largest grower of certified organically grapes in the world.

Their unique process, for sustainable business practices, was implemented in the mid 1980s and continues to be refined and revised today. The vineyards run on 100% RENEWABLE GREEN ENERGY, with all of their tractors and trucks running on bioDiesel.

Our iTierra! coffee, from Lavazza, is certified by the Rainforest Alliance, benefiting families by building schools, housing and medical facilities. The project has also helped to plant 27,000 native trees for future reforestation.
